Your Role: Accelerating Our Journey

As our Sales Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission to reach every family in need of our service. You’ll harness your creativity and ambition to not only meet but exceed our growth targets, making Lizzy Care synonymous with dementia care excellence.

A People Person: You deeply understand the challenges faced by families navigating dementia care. Your empathy, combined with your ability to listen and adapt, makes you an exceptional relationship builder.

A Connector: You excel in finding and connecting with potential client families, understanding that at the core of our growth is the ability to build a strong referral network. Your knack for relationship-building extends to discharge planners, social workers, doctors’ offices, medical centers, and community groups, making you an invaluable asset in expanding our reach.

A Trusted Advocate: You recognize the importance of trust in establishing and nurturing these critical referral networks. Your professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for the well-being of individuals living with dementia position you as a trusted partner among healthcare professionals and community leaders alike.

Responsibilities

In this role, your primary expectation is to leverage your exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to identify and engage potential client families through a robust referral network. Your strategic outreach to discharge planners, social workers, doctors’ offices, medical centers, and community groups will be crucial in enhancing Lizzy Care’s visibility and accessibility to those in need of our services.

Additionally, a key responsibility of your position will be to actively get out into the field and meet people face to face. This hands-on approach is essential for building strong, personal connections with our referral partners and the communities we serve. By representing Lizzy Care in person, you will foster trust, understand the unique needs of each stakeholder, and directly contribute to our mission of providing compassionate and innovative care.
