Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This position will primarily focus on targeting physician practices and offices, as well as discharge planners from home health and nursing home/rehabilitation settings. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales and Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our reach in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our dementia care management services.
  • Identify and target physician practices, offices, and discharge planners from home health and nursing home/rehabilitation settings as potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to create compelling sales presentations, marketing materials, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish a strong presence and increase brand awareness.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, conveying the unique benefits of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, developments, and best practices to consistently provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly physician practices, home health, and nursing home/rehabilitation settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a positive impact in the dementia care field.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Availability to start immediately.
